Cooperation Fees
The Cooperation Fee shown on a listing is provided to both Buyer's Agents and Broker's Agents unless otherwise stated. Both the Cooperation Fees and Seller Concessions need to be confirmed in writing, either within the Purchase & Sale Contract's terms or through a fully signed Commission Allocation Agreement or Cooperation Agreement between the brokerage firms. These will be paid at the transaction's closing.
